Win ME Dialup tp Win NT Servers

I trying to get a co-workers computer set up with a dail
upp access to my companies network. Working from the
inside with teh network Admin, I have the computer set up
on the dial up line. The computer dial, begins the
coninection, trys to verify the username/password, then
disconnects. I get an "Error 650" stating it [cannot
establish a dial up connection. My server type setttings
may be incorrect. Check with yoyr ISP or Network Admin.]

Has anyone come across this problem or knwo how to fix it??
