Win Me / 2k Pro network via dlink router problem

Trying to network two home computers to share internet and
a printer connected to 2k Pro system.

Both can connect to the internet fine.

When I'm on the 2k Pro computer, I can access (read/write)
the Me computer's shared directory fine.

On the Me computer, I can see the 2K computer, but can't
access it (asks for the password to computername/$ICS, but
I have no idea what that is supposed to be)

Can't setup the printer on the Me computer as it can't
even access the 2k Pro system.

How can I either disable the password and/or figure out
what it is?

Go to the Users tool in the Control Panel of the Windows 2000 PC, enter the
name (and password, if any) you use when you start up your Windows Me
computer.
