Win Install LE

I am trying to create a package to push with winstall le
on Server 2003. I've created a clean load (windows XP
reference PC), ran discover (disco32) on the reference pc
for a before snapshot and it works fine. I load the
software, and run disco32 for the after snapshot. It
appears to be checking for changes, running through the
files and registry. Then, that dialog box just
disappears. It never gives the "the after snapshot is
complete" dialog box. If I run it again, it acts like it
is beginning the 'after snapshot' again. It never seems
to complete that process and create an install package.
What am I not doing? What do I check?
