Win 98 to Win 2000 Pro

I have got an NT4 Network with workstations having win 98,
XP , and Win 2000 Pro. I am trying to browse the win 2000
Pro machine from a WIn98 machine over the network to copy
some files but it comes with an error (Permission not
granted). The subnet and Workgroup are the same for all
and I am not sure what I have missed !!!
