I have a Win98 machine that needs to map a network drive
located in an NT Domain. The Win98 machine is part of a
workgroup. We have user accounts and passwords for the
users to use when they map to the share.

But when you create a map on the Win98 machine, the prompt
only ask for a password. How can I authenticate to the
server using DOMAIN\Username. Then enter the password when
it prompts.

Thank you.

Unfortunately Windows 98 doesn't have the capability to pass on a specific
username for each connection unlike Windows NT/2000 where you can specify a
different username/password for each connection.
