win 98 se only sees win98 machines in network neighbborhood

I have a TCP IP network running windows NT4. I recently
reinstalled windows 98se on a pc and the only computers I
see in network neighborhood are other win 98 machines. I
can connect to my network, but not the internet. Any
ideas?? Thanks in advance. Jody Beavers
