Win 98 SE - ICS client and Sony PS2

I've got a Win 98SE ICS client (via a wireless link to Win XP Pro) and I
want to connect a Sony PS2 with a cross-over cable to a NIC in the Win
98SE box (Yes, you guessed, it's in my son's bedroom!).

Do I have to do anything special to route the PS2 activity from the
Ethernet NIC in the Win 98 SE box through the wireless link to the XP
box?

I understand I could configure the PS2 as an ICS client directly into
the XP box but the locations of the two PCs make that highly impractical
(or expensive).

Thanks for any help.
