I don't think that dynamic IP addressing is the problem, since all of
the computers can access the Internet.
Make sure that the router isn't configured to block file and printer
sharing between the LAN computers.
If you've installed a firewall program (Norton Internet Security,
ZoneAlarm, etc) on any computer, un-install it while troubleshooting
the network. Don't just disable it: un-install it. That's safe,
because your router's firewall function protects your computers from
Internet hackers. Note that some recent antivirus programs include
firewall capabilities.
See if each computer can ping itself and the other computers by IP
address and by computer name.
