Try this:
Log in as adminstrator and Start AD Users and Computers.
There right click on your domain name and chose
properties. Go to Group Policy Tab. Select Default Domain Policy and click
on Edit.
Go to
Computer Settings->Windows Settings->Security Settings->Account Policies.
There increase the account lockout threshold to 15 or more.
