Win 98 clients can't see full size of shared folder

I have just recently set up a new Windows 2003 server into
an environment that is still using some Windows 98
workstations.

I have not trouble attaching to the server from the 98
clients but they cannot see the full size of the share.
Specifically, the shared volume is 50+GB in size and the
Windows 98 systems only see it as a 1GB volume.

The kicker here is that the system volume, which is only
10GB, is recognized correctly.

Has any one else had this issue? Is there a limit on the
share size that Windows 98 can recognize?

Thanks.
