No problem of seeing each others from the Network Neighborhood but all
Win 98 computer can't access all Win XP Pro computer (Win XP computer
has no problem accessing Win 98 computer).

Error message appear like "Can not access this XXXX"

Any suggestions?
TIA.

You probably don't have the accounts set up to be compatible.

As I recall, if user "xxx" is to access the WinXP machine, then there
needs to be an account for "xxx" on that XP box.

Well, close. While it is easiest to manage if the remote user account uses the
same name and password as an account on the XP host, if the remote user knows
the username and password of any account on the XP host, the remote user can
use those credentials.

Of course, having Logins actually enabled on the 98 machine would be
helpful...
