Win 98 Authenticating to a Win 2003 Domain Controller

We are upgrading a network domain controller from Windows NT 4.0
to Windows 2003 Server. There are several Windows 98 PC's on this
network. Will there be any issues getting these 98's to authenticate to
the 2003 server?
