Bonjour,

>ndiswrapper -l

Installed ndis drivers: netwg511
driver present, hardware present

>dmesg

wlan0: ndiswrapper ethernet device 00:09:5b:ef:f6:72
using driver netwg511
wlan0: encryption modes supported: WEP, WPA with TKIP, AES/CCMP
ndiswrapper: driver netwg511 (NETGEAR,04/06/2004, 2.1.22.0) added

REMARQUE : La clef MAC est OK (00:09:5b:ef:f6:72)

>iwconfig

wlan0 IEEE 802.11g ESSIDff/any Mode:Managed
Frequency:2.457GHz Access Point: 00:00:00:00:00:00
Bit Rate:2Mb/s Tx-Power:32 dBm RTS thr:2347 B
Fragment thr:2346 B Encryption key:7ED6-8D57-FAF2-3542-CB3B-A0F0-C2
Security mode:restricted Power Managementff
Link Quality:100 Signal level:0 Noise level:0
Rx invalid nwid:0 Rx invalid crypt:0 Rx invalid frag:0
Tx excessive retries:0 Invalid misc:27 Missed beacon:0

REMARQUE : la WEP est OK (7ED6-8D57-FAF2-3542-CB3B-A0F0-C2)

Voyez-vous qqchose qui cloche? Pouvez-vous m'aider?

D'avance merci

PS Je suis sous Mandrake 10.1 et j'ai cherché sur divers forums mais
en vain

It looks like your card is running. What exactly is the problem? you still
need to ask it to connect-- eg ifup wlan0, assuming you have a file called
ifcfg-wlan0
in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts.

To see if there are any access points, do
iwlist s

This is pretty stupid, telling the whole world what your WEP key is. Why do
you have a wep key if you are going to let everyone know what it is?

By the way, you might disable encryption on the router for the time being
so that you can see if you can connect without encryption. Once that is
working then switch on WEP again and try to connect with WEP.
