Wifi PCI Card - Keeps disconnecting

When ever a user logs of the card loses it connection, the only to restore
the connection is to disable then re-enable the connection,

all of our shared docs are on this computer, which means that when ever a
user logs off we lose the connection to our docs

is thier a way to prevent this from happening
