wifi over 200metres

Guys,

I have two buildings. They are not in the line of sight and are around
200metres apart. I currently only have a simple netgear wireless
network in one building but not nearly strong enough to reach the other
building. What can you suggest i use to connect up the two building?

Without line of sight, it will be difficult to make 2.4GHz work,
especially at 200 meters. Even if you can get a wireless connection,
it won't be stable or reliable going through whatever is in between.
Lacking a description of your existing equipment or the obstructions,
I don't have anything to offer.

I suggest you look into wired or fiber optic alternatives:

A non line of site ofdm system.
