If it is going to be used for DirecTV, no. The dish would have to be
pointed toward the WiFi with which you want to connect.
If you can mount a separate dish or antenna with you own cable run, then
you might ahve something practicable.
If it is not going to be used for DirecTV, and you are free to repoint it,
and take the DirecTV electronics off of it, yes, you could use the naked
dish. The signal loss in the coax might wipe out any gain the dish could
provide, though, so it's probably just not a good idea.
