Hello guys a nd girls

do you guys know how to conneckt to German wifi or t-online for free??
Is it any other wifi provider in Germany who offer wifi net connection for
free??
Will visit this month or next month again Germany and will stay near
Frankfurt, but was unable to find a free hot spot??

Do you guys know for any and how to find them???
