Our son is now in Bonn with his host family.
They have the classical single computer
directly connected to their DSL service - no WiFi -
which it appears uses the XP "connection"
to supply the DSL login (PPPoE) information.

Just wondering if we send over an extra WiFi router
will it be able to be used behind whatever DSL modem
is installed and login to their DSL provider ?

Anything different between the USA implementations
and the German versions of PPPoE or whatever other protocol
might be used for transport on the DSL service ?
