WiFi and Bluetooth

I would like to get a pocket pc to access the internet thru my wireless lan.
Will bluetooth talk to my wifi router? Or do I need a pocket pc with 802.11?
It would be nice to just carry a pocket pc instead of a laptop when
traveling too. Ones that have built in cell phone can access that way. They
have the pocket pc's with cell phone, camera, gps navigation and plugin
expandable memory but I haven't seen one with a shaving head yet. I guess
that's coming.
