Hi, Thanks in advance for your help. I have a Windows 2000 server /Domain. I
have wired PC's that connect that are running Windows 98SE. Just Got two
notebooks that are using Wifi 802.11 b/g to a Wifi router that the server
and wired PC's are hooked into. Have Excellent signal strength.

I can join the domain with no problem, but when I reboot and try to login.
I get no domain found. Any ideas? thanks

Dexter

Not sure exactly what you mean. W9x machines cannot really join a
domain - they don't have the necessary software.

Do you mean you have set them to log on to a domain? W98 will try to do
this using the domain's Netbios special name <domainname 1C>

Do you have Netbios over TCP/IP enabled on the server? (TCP/IP advanced
properties | WINS tab).

Bill,
In network properties put domain name "APDOM" and in workgroup.
Think Do you have Netbios over TCP/IP enabled on the server? (TCP/IP
advanced
> properties | WINS tab) is on .

Thanks
Dexter
