wich is the best choice of wireless pic card for freebsd 5.1 PLEASE HELP ME OUT HERE

does any one know what is the bedst choice og wireless pci card for freebsd
5.1 that works and have a large range og if maybe a 54mbit will be prefered
but knows there is a driver issue here
from what i can see from news groups maybe wifi guru will help me out this
is for a firewall
or maybe i shutt bye a ap insted and plug it in too a wired pci card insted
i dont know
PLEASE HELP ME OUT HERE ASAP

The (online) FreeBSD Handbook says:

In order to set up a wireless access point with FreeBSD,
you need to have a compatible wireless card. Currently,
only cards with the Prism chipset are supported.

I have looked for a month, and for 54g on not-Microsoft the answer is a
D-Link AG54G but I only tried it with Linux. It seemed to work but I
suspect some advanced features and polish are yet needed. As for Link-sys,
there is no support for anything in 54g that isn't M$. Prizm for
non-Microsoft OSes is best.
