Hi, I live in France and am using "Alice" (form. Tiscali). Bought thei wi-fi
pack, followed instructions, and got nothing. And no support from Alice
either. Anyone knows something about what I do wrong? Or is this just a bad
way to go wire-less?

What do you mean "Got nothing"?

What was in the pack?

What is your hardware?

What is your software/OS?

You really do need to give people some details if you want help...

Nothing means no connection with the server. Sorr, I'm new at this.
In the pack was a USB-key for my computer, and a card to stick in the
triway-wi-fi modem.
Can hardware be the key, WLAN USB2.0 54Mbps/2.4GHZ?
I don't know my software/OS...sorry

Hi

From your short description it sounds like your Hardware Package is Not a
widely used one solution and you might need to describe it in long details.

As a long Shoot, since you mentioned that you need to put a card in the
Modem, it might be that the Wireless communication is done between two
Wireless Cards, and thus you need to set it up in Ad-Hoc mode.
