Wi-Fi laptop cards with antenna jack ?

Having just read "Wi-Fi Guide" by J.Duntemann , I would like to find a
laptop Wi-FI card which has an included antenna ("aerial" for non-US
people!)jack so that any external antenna can be connected to it.

Are there such items these days ? - Duntemann says that his card was
bought in 2002 .
