Hi all.

I'm setting up a small office network.
This is the situation:

--- Building A
1 Win 2003 Server
3 Win XP Pro PCs
1 ADSL Modem/Router

--- Building B
1 Win XP Pro PC

The two buildings ar at about 30 meters with a "semi" private road
crossing (few trucks and cars on it) and the PCs are located at ground
floor on both buildings.

I need an AP that permits:

1) Wi-Fi connection for the PC in Building B (with a PCI Wi-Fi Card)
2) Hub/Switch
3) Firewall for the broadband connection
4) Possibility for mobile user to connect via VPN to the corp network

I was looking to Netgear FVM318. Any competitor? Is it able to create
VPN tunnels (WLAN) with mobile (non Wi-Fi) users (no static IP)?

I was fashinated by Netgear WGT624 because of his WPA upograde (added
security) but, I think it hasen't the possibility to create VPN
tunnels for mobile (non Wi-Fi) users (no static IP)

Any suggestion always wellcome ;o)

Regards
Andrea

Netgear = trouble.
Get Draytek Vigor 2600We (or the new 2600G), it VPN and all other features.
Should work between your building, unless they have metal in walls. Try
aligning it trough windows for best signal.
Regards,
Martin
