Hi,

I have to decide between Wi-Fi and BlueTooth for a PDA device. I know some
PDAs have both but I will consider only one of these technologies. My main
concern is battery life and I was told BlueTooth is more battery-friendly
over Wi-Fi, but is it the case in real life?

It all depends on what you want to do with your PDA. For networking anywhere
I would go for bluetooth connected to a GPRS or UMTS/CDMA mobile phone
(Wi-Fi is coming but it will never be everywhere). For syncing agendas with
your computer at home Bluetooth is also good (you'll need a Bluetooth
adapter for your PC too)

Note that Bluetooth offers limited bandwidth, so it won't be high speed
Internet. But then again, who wants to do that on such a small screen...
