Why would my server try to contact 1.1.1.1?

I had a server that was trying to network to 1.1.1.1 - the switch
automatically shut it down. Any guesses why it would do that?

What services are running in this server? Could it be that one of the
services that you are running on this server is not properly configured
(configured with wrong IP).

Also check ipconfig /all.

I'm running many services, e.g virus protection, mac, exchange, file &
print. It is an NT4 machine. IPCONFIG looks fine.
