Why IAS RADIUS enable a login to be used on two computer in the same time ???

Hello,
I make a IAS Radius authentification with PEAP for some users. But i see
that one login could be use twice in the same time (on two computers). How
to block it ? some users that know that start to use the login of other user
and i cannot control them.
I would like that one login (active directory's user) enable just one radius
connection at the same time..
