Why I cannot browse win2000 and winXP at Network Neighborhood?

Win2000 and Win XP can see my sharing folder but I can't
access to their computer. They did share a folder and
Win2000 can see WinXP and vise versa but not Win98 and 95.

When I double click on the computer name at Network N. the
error message "The device does not exist on the network."
