firefly have a good amount of groups with long retention (they use giganews
for the feed)
and xifos have a massive amount of groups (way over 100,000 groups), but
the retention on most seems to be only around 5 days
Plusnet (who you are using) is spose to be good but ive heard they have had
probs recently, which i guess is why you are asking ;D
