I'm in the process of building a Linux cluster. I need to get Gigabit
ethernet adapters.

What adapters should I get? What manufacturers have adapters available
for which Linux versions?

What price range should I expect for these adapters?

Where should I purchase them?

(I need 4 adapters)

Intel Pro 1000 MT adapters are good and natively compatible.
around $50 each

check www.pricewatch.com for distributors
