Zen, they have got most things right, with good accessible
customer service.
A few niggles but not enough to put me off them.
Have had experience trying to fix problems with several major
ISP's, don't like TalkTalk, Nildrams customer service declined
when Pipex took over, Tiscali not too bad, etc.
Some ISP's lack bandwidth, others expensive or hopeless
customer service, some no newsserver, others email
delays, lost emails, or unable to relay, problems.
Some ISP's buy in capacity from shiddy carriers with badly
configured routers, so you can't reach some websites unless
you set up a VPN connection to bypass the shiddy router.

Claranet - not the cheapest, but consistent good speed & reliability
for 6 years - good value I'd say. Currently £19.99/month for ADSLMax
2GB.

never used Turnpike.
