What's the max vpn connection for one user

Hi,

Is there an issue if I use only one vpn user/password for the
20 users to connect to our vpn server? I tought I will have
more control over user access to
the vpn server this way instead of giving 20 active directory
users "allow" priviledge and use their own login/password
to connect their vpn client.

It will work, but your issue will be security. There will be less control
since you'll have no accountability.
