what's the likely new limit for 1Mbps

In the original post on extended reach trials, on Sam Crawford's site,
there was reference to a likely new limit of 60db for 1Mbps service from
BTW.

But that seemed to get rather quickly withdrawn... Anyone know if that's
still a possibility (Our new office BB comes in at 58db)

and then substantially altered I think.

But NOW (18/8/2004) it's official I think - and NO 512kbps line limit...
