Whatever happened to OneTel?

I remember they had totally THE worst ever customer service on this
planet, bar none. Then they simply disappeared. Where'd they go?
Not that I care much, I'm just curious.

But Onetel users still retain their email addresses & terms & conditions, so
I'm told (2 of my friends are on Onetel and I haven't been told they have
any problems - their emails arrive quickly anyway)

It's only a couple of weeks since Carphone Warehouse took over AOL and
already this evening my bandwidth was choked to a quarter of its normal
capacity.
