Who nice thread we started here... I hope that someone at Linksys is
reading this.
And if they are then I want to let them know that 5 people of our
company bought D-Links only because I told them how bad Linksys
support is.
Now, Gary it seem that the exe file that Linksys supplied is a self
extract exe. Use WinZip or WinRAR (I used WinRAR) and you will get
three files one of them is the bin file.
Now I will continue to rant about Linksys support,
1. 25 minutes I spent on the line (international call mind you) before
I got a live agent.
2. I got a agent that didn't know what the WET54g is and it seem that
he try to help me as if I have the WRT54g.
3. I don't understand how I cannot fallback to the old firmware.
4. The old firmware is nowhere to be found on the Linksys FTP.
