As these things go this is a non profit site. None of us get paid which
means we won't be paying. Ideal candidates for this are those who like to
participate in forums freely and obviously those who like to share and build
their experience. As an example...the prizes you see below are coming from
my pocket...no sponsors, advertising etc...

Why don't you go and advertise on your own site then?

Ashley thats a simple question to answer....we are....but there are some
very talented people here as well that may be interested and there is
nothing wrong with inviting them to apply. Now you may not be
interested...thats fine...ignore the post. It's simple and painless...trust
me....you can do it!
