WEP re-keying

Hello,
I have a Cisco aironet 1200 accesspoint and a few laptops with
wireless network adapters. I have the AP set up so that it will
generate a new WEP-key every 20 minutes, to avoid cracking. We use
EAP-TTLS for authentication.

My question is: how is a new WEP key (after the old expires) set on
the supplicant. Does the supplicant calculate its key by using its old
key or does the AP tell the supplicant what the new key will be in an
EAP packet. What protocol do they follow and where can I read more
about it?

Am I correct when I say that the session resumption of TLS and
WEP-rekeying are completely different things, or are they combined in
some way? I'm feeling a bit lost.

Thanks,
