WEP key and Wireless-G kit MN-820/MN-720

Everything went smoothly during my setup and install
until, when installing the wireless notebook adapter (MN-
720), it asked for the WEP key which I diligently entered
and double checked, clicked on next and...it stated that
I put in the incorrect key. I repeatedly tried changing
the key on both the base station and adapter to no avail.
I changed the level of encryption, even turned off all
together! What am I doing wrong?! Please help! Thanks

I've got the same problem...i also tried connecting with
the encryption off and still no go. I even tried
connecting maually with the xp wireless utility...no go.

tech support spent about 3 hours with me and we still
didn't get it going.

Anyone want to help us?
