WEP Incorrect

I'm trying to connect two computers using the wireless MN-
510 adapter. It was working up until a few days ago when
for some reason the networked computer stopped
connecting. I've tried all the trouble-shooting steps I
could find, but when i try to re-install and put in my
WEP it says it is incorrect. I know it is correct but
still after numerous attempts it still doesn't take it.
I've even tried turning the security settings off on the
base computer and when I do that, the networked computer
then says it cannot find the base station to connect
with. I know it is able too because like I said it was
working just a few days ago. This is getting very
frustrating because I don't know what else to do.

Check that windows zero configuration is checked on the
laptop wireless settings.

Make sure SSID broadcasts are enabled on the router, and
you are using a unique SSID (other than MSHOME to avoid
conflicts with neighbors' networks). Finally, use same
SSID, same channel, and same WEP key and key length on
router and the 510.

If it still doesn't work, check the error logs on the
laptop (you get to this through the Administrative Tools),
and on the router.
