i want to know only, can i broke wep with windows.

WEP can be broken when used with Windows and any other OS.

So can the encryption being used by the US Army but it might take 3000
years.
Very unlikely a war driver is going to sit outside & attempt it if you're in
a house.

Scientists at the University of Darmstadt have found a method to crack a
128-bit WEP key in under one minute.

There's a downloadable archive to extend the WEP crack program "Aircrack"
with the above mentioned new method.
This leaves no reason to still use WEP.

Don't use WEP, upgrade at least to WPA.

Given enough time and powerful enough computers, anything available for
a "reasonable cost" and home use can be cracked. Odds are good that if
you use WEP, rather than crack your key, the person will move on because
there are so many unsecured networks otherwise available. BUT, that
doesn't mean that someone trying to "play" hacker won't try to crack it.
