Puzzled by newsgroups?

Don't despair!
Use the following rules:
1) Remember that there is nobody "here". There are only casual observers
who choose to interact with your post - not with *you* (it's not personal) -
because all they see is your post. So, it's up to you to generate
responses.
2) Remember that maybe nobody knows the answer to your question who happens
to be casually observing at the time. Maybe the best "frequenct
participant" is on a trip.
3) Make sure your posting Subject is descriptive
"new User" is not descriptive and not worthy of a response no matter what.
If you get a response with this Subject, you are very lucky indeed.
"Setting up Multiple User Logons" would be much better.
4) Make the Subject interesting
"Setting up Multiple User Logons" is OK but not very interesting
"Multiple User Logons Puzzle" might be more enticing
5) If still no response, consider responding to your own post. This will
make it look like something is happening or will refresh the inquiry at
least. Maybe add some new inofrmation.
6) Make your request really clear. Keep it as simple and short as
possible. Do provide background information that's pertinent.
7) Show that you've done your homework. It is lame to not Google first -
just to be told:
