Gonna be doing that over next couple of days, fingers crossed.
2nd time i've been in this position recently, needing a spare!
Time to make an inexpensive purchase on Ebuyer/Ebay methinks!

The funny thing is, the same problems occurred when i hooked in an
'independent' laptop with nothing else on the network, so i figure the
problem lies with the router. I really can't see it being anything else.
It's been reset to factory default, so i can't see why there should be a
problem, there wasn't, that was, there wasn't before a virus hit this
network...
I suppose the firmware could have become corrupted somehow. Is there a
flash upgrade for this router? Virgin.Net have suggested it's an issue
with the NAT side of things....uttered something about DNS, and then
that they didn't support wireless routers.

See above regarding laptop. I know the laptop is working fine on my own
network. It only had NOD32 working, Sygate Personal Firewall (which i
did turn off) and Ad Watch from Ad-Aware was turned off.

If only i could find the files on the net ...... ?
