Website files I cannot delete have hijacked home page

Two websites have been inadvertently downloaded. They
are Seven Days of Porn and Only Sex Website.
c:\Documents and Settings\Deb 1KB Internet Shortcut,
http://www.7days.ws/ I have tried to delete and remove
through several different methods with no success
including system restore. Would appreciate any ideas you
might have. Thank you.
