You could physically go to Windows Explorer, expand the C:\ drive and
navigate to C:\Documents and Settings\{YourUserName}\Local
Settings\Temporary Internet Files and manually delete the files accumulated
there. You might also want to nose around Microsoft MVP Sandi Hardmeier's
web site on Internet Explorer:

honestly don't know IE all that well, but she's got a wealth of information
there.
