Hi
I'm looking for a webcam that is skype capable & will work on XP &
Vista

Something like the Creative Webcam Instant - Skype edition would seem
to fit the bill - however, the reviews say it doesn't work with Vista.
I have XP and my daughter has Vista

Would anyone who has a webcam care to offer suggestions please

Also do a port forward on your router for the incoming connections,
don't leave it on Port 80 / 443

Yup. 'They' probably have realised that, and have commandeered your
machine as super-supernode handling calls for half the country.
