I keep getting messages asking me to send or not to send error reports to
Microsoft. This occurs when sining off a web site. I do not have any problems
with E-mail.

Something on the page you are viewing isn't coded correctly. If it's not a
Microsoft site, but you do send the error report, they will review it and
forward it to the appropriate place.
