The DHCP Relay is a fuction of the LAN Router. That is what Routers do.
The Router knows what it is doing with that. The required information is
included in the relayed packets.
There is nothing on the DHCP Server or the Client that has anything to do
with the "relay" and if it succeedes or fails. DHCP Service just needs to
have a valid Scope for each segment (No Superscopes!)
