Tiscali, Bulldog and others will still get away with shit service -
most agencies governing them are spinless until things really get out
of hand, then it's a small fine or warning - best thing for the
customers would be for scandalous companies with dire customer service
to be closed down - and the directors NEVER allowed to run or be part
of running any company ever again.

It would be even better if BT$ was broken up.
That way companies like Tiscali and Bulldog can go
to different vendors for primary services and
when one fails them as happened here, can
file lawsuits against them and fsck off elsewhere
in the mean time. This they can't do with a monopoly in charge
because the monopoly has them by the balls.

The real foot dragging is undertaken by switchoffcom regulators
and their POTS management still trying to get their
heads around competition in telecom sector.

You are good little butty boy for BT$.
Just like watchdogs.

The directors of BT$ would like to ship
you and clueless watchdog poodles bottle of Champaign
for trashing BT$ competitors despite it being
BT$ fault for causing all this.

As a director of BT$, you can't possibly imagine
how relieved I am with you now doing my job,..
err.. I mean our blow job for us.

love and kisses
BT$
