If you try and upgrade this product there is a good chance you will
experience severe difficulties. I'm not unique, this has happened to a
number of people I know on various D-Link devices.
RE: the G604T: whereas previous version of firmware supported in-bound PPTP,
D-Link have removed this functionality (the router won't pass GRE prot 47
properly). Upgrading will cause loss of access to all VPN users. Beware -
and D-Link didn't know why the changed their code, nor made this clear with
release notes. Their only suggestion was to put the server on the DMZ port
(!!!) or use an old version of code!!! Won't be buying from this bunch
again...
