wap51ab and wpc51ab

If any one has this products, please help me to answer this questions
as below :

1. Can I configure the WPC51AP pc card to automatically select the
frequency band ( 2.4GHz or 5GHz ) according to the signal strength?

2. Can I manually switch between 2.4GHz and 5GHz without restarting
my notebook?
